Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

OneMind (the “Service”) is operated by Vapid Dragon LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“OneMind”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, voting, commenting, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA / UK) to use the Service. By using OneMind you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for any activity that takes place under it. Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used to manipulate the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to cast votes or post comments.
• Create multiple accounts to influence poll results.
• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Post links, advertisements, or spam.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service, scrape data, or circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse measures.
• Reverse engineer or copy non-public parts of the Service.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the comments you post. By posting, you grant OneMind a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service. Comments are deleted from the public feed when the associated question closes.

You represent that your content does not infringe anyone’s rights and complies with applicable law.

6. Polls and results

OneMind publishes the results of weekly polls based on the votes received. Results reflect the views of users who chose to participate and are not scientific surveys. The Service may apply anti-abuse measures (including weighting or removing votes detected as automated) at our discretion.

7. Service availability

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in any particular region. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneMind disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneMind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Apple App Store (mobile users)

If you access OneMind through an Apple-branded app, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and OneMind only, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
